Who doesn't love cheese???  Join Chefs Rebecca & Chris (who grew up in the cheese state of Wisconsin) & learn how to make Baked Brie, Fondue, Homemade Ricotta & Parmesan Crisps/Cups.  Take a tour of Whole Foods glorious cheese department and learn how to pick out the right cheese. We'll show you what cheeses to use, when & how - We'll also talk about wine pairings for each cheese.  Now say cheese!
